A bit about the origins of Equisign.


From an early age, I longed for a country life surrounded by pets and horses. I had to wait until I was an adult before I was able to buy my own horse and a few years later I was lucky enough to have my own stables built at home.

Wanting to adorn my new stables with fabulous signs I realised nothing on the market could fit the bill....Original, fabulous, robust nameplates sparkly and colourful yet able to withstand all the knocks of a busy yard, safe for children and pets, non-rusting, with personalised motifs and I wanted glitter! A tall order to say the least!!

After an endless search, nothing came close! I didn't want second rate, boring tat hanging on my stable door, my horses deserved better so, I emptied out our old garden shed, cleared the bench and set about making my own sign - my father was a carpenter so, I guess it was in the blood. The first EQUISIGN was born!

More signs followed and it wasn't long before friends and family (and their friends and family) wanted their own bespoke creation! Since 2005, EQUISIGN has built a reputation for providing an unrivalled, quality and unique items with an ever expanding palette of colours, motifs and range of products.

As with our signs, a need for matching bespoke accessories could not be fulfilled by anything on the market so EQUISIGN are delighted to offer you fully co-ordinated and personalised horse and rider wear that can be embroidered to match your sign right down to the motif!
